Last years Media Makeup and Hair course students are doing well and already finding professional work in film, photography and bridal makeup. Some are working with good brands in retail and building up their professional make up and hair work round this. So I am pleased our past students are doing well!
Halloween Makeup Night
Join us at the Halloween makeup night at the 8 Bells Pub in Jevington
Last years group are also meeting up for a Halloween make up evening at a local pub (The 8 Bells in Jevington) on the 1st November. This is paid work and the landlord wants all his staff to look scary with Halloween themed characters.
We are then extending our make up service to the public and offering “scary make ups” from £2 upwards. The evening will be fun and what a bizarre way to have a reunion! This years student group are also invited along.
Complete Media Makeup and Hair Course
Centre Stage Makeup Studios are running Module 1 from the Complete Media Makeup and Hair Course again at the beginning of February as it is so popular. The course will run three days each week and continue for three months from beginning February 2014. We specialize in our training with small classes, so sadly couldn’t fit all who wanted to do the module in!
We do however still have just a few places left for the Complete Media Makeup and Hair Course 2013-14. If you are interested and “want to take this opportunity to do it” instead of waiting till next October 2014, please contact us as soon as you can!
2013-14 Course Students
This years students are settling into their course and have just completed their first fashion make up editorial, using crazy lashes of their choice for the “brief”. We’ve seen some really brilliant imaginations at work and consequently some vibrant make ups are being completed.
